본 연구에서는 어린이집 학부모 상담내용의 키워드 현황을 연령별, 학기별로 분석하여 학부모 상담의 주 내용과 의미를 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 S시의 S구와 Y구, M구에 위치한국공립어린이집 2곳과 민간 어린이집 1곳에서 2018년 3월부터 12월까지 실제로 기록된 1학기와 2학기 학부모 상담일지 및 학부모 상담 관련 자료를 이용하여 키워드 네트워크 분석을 한연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 만 3세 1학기에는 어린이집 생활과 관련한 상담이 높게 나타났으며, 2학기에는 또래 관계와 관련된 상담이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 만 4세 1학기, 2학기 모두 또래 관계와 관련한 상담이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 만 5세 1학기, 2학기 모두 또래 관계에대한 상담이 높게 나타났으며, 2학기에는 또래 관계 다음으로 초등학교 준비 방법에 대한 상담이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 학부모 상담의 관심사와 상담의 내용이 무엇인지알 수 있으며, 예비 유아 교사 및 초임 유아 교사의 학부모 상담 교육을 위한 기초 자료를제공하는 데 의의가 있다.
This study analyzed the keyword status of parental counseling in child care centers by age and semester to understand the main contents and meaning of parental counseling. Parental counseling data were collected from two national and public child care centers located in S-gu, Y-gu and M-gu in S city and one private child, The data was analyzed using keyword networks records from March to December 2018. The research results are as follows. First, in the first semester of the age of 3 years, counseling related to child care center life was high, and in the second semester, counseling regarding peer relations was high. Second, counseling related to peer relations was high in both the first and second semesters of 4-year-olds. Third, both the first and second semesters of 5-year-olds had high counseling on peer relationships, and in the second semester, there were the second-highest consultations on how to prepare elementary schools after peer relationships. The results of this study show the interests of parent counseling and the contents of counseling, and it is meaningful to provide basic data for parental counseling education for prospective and novice child care teachers.
