The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors for work improvement plan and lifebalance for the work-life balance (WLB) of radiation technologists, and further to find out theirlimitations. As a research method, the WLB scale developed jointly by the Human ManagementResearch Institute and the Work and Leisure Center in 2006 was modified and used for theradiation technologists organization. The subjects of this study were 212 radiation technologists. In the detailed questionnaire evaluation, women rather than men said that they were tired afterwork and did not want to do anything, and that they do not pay much attention to leisure andhealth care. 20s responded that they were less concerned with leisure or health care than 50s. Radiology department responded negatively to self-development and satisfaction with worklife than other departments. Depending on whether they are married or not, they respondedthat married people spend too much time on work. Accordingly, it is expected that the WLB ofradiation technologists will be better in the future if a policy to shorten working hours and reducechild-rearing and household chores is accompanied.
