목적: 본 연구는 교육전담간호사가 주도하는 교육 프로그램에 대한 교육 만족도를 측정하는 도구를 개발하고 간호·간병통합서비스 병동에서 근무하는 간호사를 대상으로 도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 시행되었다. 방법: 본 연구는 1개 종합병원에서 근무하는 237명의 간호·간병통합서비스 병동 간호사를 대상으로 하였다. 교육전담간호사가 주도하는 교육 프로그램에 대한 교육 만족도와 관련된 선행 문헌 고찰, 심층 인터뷰, 내용 타당도 조사, 2차 문항 개발, 구성 타당도 검증을 통하여 최종 문항을 개발하였다. 자료 분석은 문항 분석, 요인 분석, pearson’s 상관관계와 cronbach's ⍺의 신뢰도 분석을 이용하였다. 결과: 교육전담간호사가 주도하는 교육 프로그램에 대한 교육 만족도 측정도구는 최종 21개 문항으로 구성되었다. 비판적 사고 능력과 임상실무 수행 능력의 두 요인의 설명 변량은 총 변량의 63.5%를 나타내었다. 결론: 본 연구에서 확인된 두 요인의 결과는 교육전담간호사가 주도하는 교육 프로그램에 대한 간호·간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 교육 만족도 측정을 위한 타당도와 신뢰도가 확보된 도구임을 나타내었다. 또한 본 연구에서 개발된 도구는 교육전담간호사가 주도하는 교육 프로그램에 대한 간호·간병통합서비스 병동 간호사의 교육 만족도 정도를 측정하는데 적합한 도구라고 할 수 있다.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a education nurse specialist-led educational satisfaction scale for nurses working at comprehensive nursing care service wards. Methods: A methodological study was conducted. A total of 237 nurses working at comprehensive nursing care service wards in a general hospital participated in this study. The scale was developed through literature reviews, in-depth interview, development of preliminary items, verification of content validity, development of secondary items, evaluation of construct validity, and extraction of final items. Analysis included exploratory factor analysis, pearson's analysis, and reliability analysis using cronbach's ⍺. Results: The education nurse specialist-led educational satisfaction scale for nurses working at comprehensive nursing care service ward consisted of 21 items. Two factors (critical thinking disposition and clinical competency) were identified which explained 63.5% of the total variance. Cronbach's ⍺ of each factors were >.95. Conclusion: The results suggested that the education nurse specialist-led educational satisfaction scale for nurses working at comprehensive nursing care service wards demonstrated acceptable validity and reliability. Items of the instrument can assess the level of satisfaction with regards to education led by education nurse specialist among nurses working at comprehensive nursing care service wards.
