본 연구의 목적은 직업현장실습 지도나 현장실습 사전교육에 활용할 수 있는 교재개발을 위해 현장의 전문가들을 대상으로 산업안전보건 및 노동인권 교육의 필요성, 교육실태, 지원 요구 등을 확인하는데 있다. 연구의 목적을 수행하기 위해서 애학생 진로·직업교육 지도 경험이 있는 경력 5년 이상의 중등 특수교사 6명과 장애인과 관련된 실무경험이 있으면서 산업안전보건 또는 노동인권 실무경력이 10년 이상인 전문가 4명으로 총 10명을 대상으로 초점집단면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 첫째, 산업재해 및 노동인권침해 사례가 심각함을 알 수 있었고 실습참여 학생 및 작업장에 따라 그 사례는 다양한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육현장에서 산업안전보건 및 노동인권 교육 실행이 중요함을 인지하고는 있었으나 교육자들의 관련지식 부족 혹은 교육자료의 부재 등의 이유로 교육실행이 잘 이루어지고 있지 않음을 알 수 있었고, 그에 따른 개선방안에 대해서 알수 있었다. 셋째, 산업안전보건 및 노동인권 교육자료가 개발된다면 교재개발의 중점사항, 산업안전보건 및 노동인권 교육자료에 포함되어야 할 내용들에 대해 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해 현장실습 중 발생할 수 있는 산업재해와 노동인권 침해를 예방하여, 궁극적으로 특수교육대상자 학습 중심 현장실습 운영 안착화에 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
The purpose of this study is to identify the necessity of education on occupational safety and health and labor rights, education status, and support requests for the development of textbooks that can be used for vocational field training instruction or prior training for field training. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, 6 special teachers of secondary school with more than 5 years of experience in guiding career and vocational education for students with disabilities and 4 experts with more than 10 years of practical experience in occupational safety and health or labor rights, Focus group interviews were conducted with a total of 10 people. According to the results of the study, first, it was found that cases of industrial accidents and labor human rights violations were serious, and the cases varied according to the students participating in the training and the workplace. Second, although they were aware of the importance of training on occupational safety and health and labor rights in the educational field, it was found that training was not well implemented due to lack of relevant knowledge of educators or lack of educational materials, we could know about the improvement plan for this. Third, when developing educational materials for occupational safety and health and labor rights, it was possible to know the key points of the development of textbooks and the contents that should be included in educational materials for occupational safety and health and labor rights. Through this, it is expected that it will be able to prevent industrial accidents and infringement of labor human rights that may occur during on-the-job training, and ultimately contribute to the stable operation of learning-centered on-site training for special education subjects.
