본 연구는 아동간호학 이론교육에 온라인 학습을 활용하여 교수실재감과 자기결정성이 학습자에게 미치는 효과를 확인함으로써 본 연구를 통해 간호교육에서의 온라인 학습을 위한 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 A 대학교 간호대학에 재학하면서 아동간호학을 수강 신청한 3학년 170명을 대상으로 하였고, 자료수집 기간은 2020년 3월부터 6월까지이며 수집된 자료의 처리는 SPSS WIN 22.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 교수실재감과 자기결정성은 문제해결력, 학업적 효능감, 비판적 사고성향, 학습몰입에 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 교수실재감은 문제해결력, 비판적 사고성향, 학습몰입에 영향을 주었고, 자기결정성은 문제해결력, 학업적 효능감, 비판적 사고성향, 학습몰입에 영향을 주었다. 본 연구는 온라인 학습을 위해 교수실재감과 자기결정성의 관계를 밝히고, 온라인 학습자에게 영향을 미치는 요인을 알아보아 온라인 학습을 증진시키는 데 의미 있는 정보를 제시하여 그 시사하는 바가 크다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 선정된 주제에 대하여 좀 더 면밀한 교육프로그램을 개발하여 온라인 학습에 대한 교육프로그램 개발의 기초를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.
In this study, by utilizing online learning for the education of child nursing theory, and confirming the effect of teaching presence and self-determination on learning, we present the basic materials for online learning in nursing education through this study. This study targeted 170 third-year students who applied for child nursing while attending University A Nursing University. The data collection period was from March to June 2020. Frequency analysis using the SPSS WIN 22.0 statistical program, Pearson's correlation coefficients were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. Research Results First, there was a static correlation between the degree of teaching Presence, problem-solving ability of self-determination, academic efficacy, learning flow, and critical thinking tendency. Secondly, the presence of teaching affected problem-solving power, the tendency of critical thinking influenced learning immersiveness, and the problem-solving power of self-determination, academic efficacy, learning flow, and the tendency of critical thinking influenced learning immersiveness. In this study, we clarify the relationship between the sense of reality and self-determination for online learning, know the factors that influence online learning, present information that is meaningful for promoting online learning, The implications can be great. It is thought that more thorough educational programs can be developed for the themes selected through this study, and the basis of educational program development for online learning can be provided.
