오늘날 현대사회는 4차 산업혁명과 함께 혁신적인기술의 발전이 이루어지고 있으며 이를 바탕으로 한융합을 통하여 더욱 새로운 기술과 부가가치 창출에박차를 가하고 있다. 패션디자인 분야에서도 여러 신기술들을 융합한 새로운 첨단 패션 디자인과 서비스 창출에 부단한 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 패션디자인 분야에서주목받고 있는 3D 프린팅에 있어 현재 3D 프린터가가지고 있는 출력물 사이즈와 출력 시간의 한계를 향상시키기 위하여 3D 펜과 레이저 커팅기의 컨버전스테크놀로지를 활용한 융복합적 디자인 개발을 제시하는 것이다. 따라서 본 논문은 다음과 같은 방법으로연구를 이행하였다. 먼저 패션디자인 분야에서 컨버전스 테크놀로지의활용 사례를 살펴봄으로써 현황 및 방법을 살펴보았다. 추사 김정희의 천축고선생댁 서체를 모티브로 하여 여성용 조끼와 뷔스티에를 디자인하였으며 어도비일러스트레이터와 알디 웍스 브이 8 프로그램으로 진행하였다. 3D 펜을 레이저 커팅기에 장착하여 출력하고 출력물을 3D 펜으로 접착하여 의상을 완성하였다. 연구의 결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 3D 펜과 레이저 커팅기의 융합을 통하여 3D 프린터보다 훨씬 큰 사이즈로 출력할 수 있었고, 출력시간도 훨씬 단축할 수 있었다. 둘째, 3D 펜이나 3D 프린터와 차별화되는 질감 표현을 창출할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 의의는 기존의 기술을 융합하여 새로운 방법으로 3D 프린팅 의상 제작을 시도하였다는 점에서찾을 수 있겠다. 본 연구가 대학의 교육 현장에서 효율적인 3D 프린팅 패션 디자인 개발에 도움이 되기를바란다.
In today's modern society, the development of innovative technologies is taking place along with the 4th industrial revolution, and through convergence based on this, new technologies and added value creation are spurred. In the field of fashion design, we are making ceaseless efforts to create new high-tech fashion designs and services that combine new technologies. The purpose of this study is to present the development of convergent design using convergence technology of 3D pen and laser cutting machine in order to improve the limits of the print size and print time of the current 3D printer in 3D printing, which is attracting attention in the fashion design field. Therefore, this paper was conducted in the following way. First of all, the current status and methods were examined by looking at the use cases of convergence technology in the field of fashion design. A female vest and bustier were designed using Chusa Kim Jeonghee’s calligraphy, Cheonchuggoseonsaengdaeg, as a motif, and it was conducted with Adobe Illustrator and RD Works V8. The 3D pen was attached to the laser cutting machine to print, and the pieces of printed clothing were sticked together with a 3D pen to complete the clothing. The results and contents of the study are as follows. Firstly, through the convergence technology of a 3D pen and a laser cutting machine, it was possible to print in a much larger size than a 3D printer, and to shorten the printing time. Secondly, it was able to create a texture expression differentiated from a 3D pen or a 3D printer. The significance of this study can be found in that it attempted to produce 3D printing clothing in a new way by convergence of existing technologies. It is hoped that this study will help to develop efficient 3D printing fashion design in the educational field of universities.
