목적: 이 연구는 실행연구의 하나로 인터넷 게시판 글쓰기가 연구자의 글쓰기 교수 행위를 개선하는 방안이 될 수 있는지를 탐색해 보는 데에 있다. 연구자가 개선하고자 하는 것은 인쇄매체 중심의 쓰기 교육, ‘소통의 행위’를 간과하는 쓰기 교육의 두 가지이다. 방법: 학습자가 작성한 인터넷 댓글의 의사소통 양상과 댓글 쓰기에 대한 학습자의 인식을 분석하였다. 결과: 댓글 분석의 결과 학습자들이 서로가 쓴 글의 내용에 공감을 표현하고 서로를 칭찬 및 격려하는 양상을 확인해 볼 수 있었다. 또한 자신의 의견과 정보, 대안을 제시하는 양상도 나타났다. 댓글 쓰기에 대한 학습자의 인식 조사에서도 다른 이의 생각을 알 수 있었다는 응답이 많았다. 그러나 온라인 설문 조사로는 글쓰기에 대한 인식이 변화할 수 있는지를 확인하기에는 어려웠다. 결론: 제한적이기는 하나 인터넷 게시판 글쓰기를 통해 인터넷 매체를 활용하여 서로가 가진 정보, 경험, 생각을 나눌 수 있는 교육적 경험과 기회를 제공할 수 있다는 점을 확인하였다.
Purpose: As one of the Action Research, this study was to explore whether Internet BB writing can be a way to improve the researcher’s writing teaching behavior. There are two things the researcher wants to improve: writing education focused on print media, and writing education that overlooks the “action of communication”. Methods: This study analyzed the communication patterns of Internet replies written by learners and learners' perceptions of reply writing. Results: It was possible to see how learners responded to the content of each other’s writings, expressed empathy, and praised and encouraged each other through reply writing. In addition, there were aspects of presenting their opinions, information, and alternatives. In the survey of learners' perceptions, many respondents said that they were able to understand other people’s thoughts. Conclusion: Although limited, it was confirmed that through writing on an Internet BB, it was possible to provide educational experiences and opportunities to share information, experiences, and thoughts of each other.
