Current study conducted to demonstrate the influence of self-efficacy on start-up motivation and intention as perceived by major in foodservice management students. Survey method was employed and 30 students were used for verifying the validity and reliability about questionaries through pretest. Final developed survey was distributed to 250 customers and total 207 respondents were employed for statistical analysis after removing missing data. Based on the results of hypothesis test, self-efficacy has significantly influenced on start-up motivation and intention. In addition, the start-up motivation was critical predictor of start-up intention especially in foodservice area. Hence, present study apply the various implication related to foodservice major students to encourage their start-up motivation and intention. Furthermore, this study was demonstrated the importance of self-efficacy about foodservice start-up for related major department.
