The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of exhibition experience on visitors’ experience in history museum by analyzing the effects of exhibition experiential factors on memory, commitment, satisfaction, and behavioral intention. The research results are summarized as follows. Firstly, educational and interesting factors positively influenced on visitors' memory, and educational, historical, and interesting factors influenced on visitors' commitment. Also, educational and historical factors influenced visitors' satisfaction. Secondly, visitors’ memory and commitment positively influenced satisfaction. Finally, satisfaction significantly influenced visitors’ behavioral intention (revisit, recommend, intent to visit other historic hall or museum). Based on these results, implications for history museum management were discussed that will improve more effective exhibition and experience elements by managing visitor’ response such as memory and commitment.
