본 연구는 영재기업인들의 청소년기 때부터의 성장과 발달의 전반을 스스로 성찰, 인식, 기록, 관리하도록 돕기 위한 커리어포트폴리오의 구성요목을 탐색하고 시안을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 크게 질적 내용분석을 통한 커리어포트폴리오의 구성요목 항목 도출, 그리고 이 항목들에 대한 관련 전문가 평정의 두 파트로 진행되었다. 먼저, 카이스트와 포스텍에서 운영 중인 차세대영재기업인 교육원을 청소년기에 수료하고 실제 창업활동 중인 20대 청년들을 대상으로 청소년기부터 현재까지 자신의 창업 및 기업 활동과 관련된 경험 및 성장발달에 중요한 요소에 대한 인터뷰를 수행하고, 인터뷰 내용을 토대로 구성요목과 관련된 항목들을 범주화 하였다. 그 다음으로, 유목화된 항목들을 영재기업인 교육원의 전문가, 진로교육 및 상담전문가, 관련 분야 교수, 대학 경력개발센터의 오랜 경력 교직원 등 평정 패널을 대상으로 앞서 도출된 항목들에 대한 평정을 요청하였다. 이러한 절차를 거쳐, 영재기업인 커리어포트폴리오의 최종 시안의 중요 요목은 18개 항목(학생 인적사항, 보호자 인적사항, 발명관련 수상 경력, 학습경험, 발명관련 특별활동상황, 발명관련 자격증 경력, 특허 경험, 기업 활동경험, 사업화 실적, 진로희망사항, 인생 가치관, 인생 목표, 목표 실행계획, 혁신 경험, 도전과 좌절 경험, 좌절 극복 경험, 중요한 만남, 멘토 및 교사의 영재성 관찰 및 종합 의견)으로 구성되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로, 영재기업인 커리어포트폴리오 개발의 의의와 시사점이 논의되었다.
The purpose of this study is to explore main components of the career portfolio to help gifted entrepreneurs reflect, recognize, record, and manage their entire growth and development status on their own. This study was conducted in two parts: the development of the categories for the career portfolio through qualitative analysis, and the expert evaluation on these categories. First, the researchers interviewed graduates in twenties, who completed the next-generation gifted entrepreneur training programs operated by KAIST and POSTECH. Based on the interview, 1st draft categories of the career portfolio were developed. Next, the researchers asked the panel (including faculty members of the institute and university, career education and counseling experts, etc.) to evaluate these categories. Finally, the 18 main categories were confirmed as final components of gifted entrepreneur’s career portfolio; personal information of students and parents, awards winning career, learning experience, special activities related to invention, license/patent acquisition, entrepreneur experience, business working, career planning, values, life goals, goal achievement plan, innovation experience, challenge/frustration experience, important encounters, mentor/teachers' general opinions. Based on these results, the significance and implications of developing the career portfolio for gifted entrepreneurs were discussed.
