본 연구는 기독교대안학교 중학생의 학교생활만족과 인성에 미치는 영향 요인을 확인함으로써 기독교대안학교 교육과정 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도된 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 S시에 소재한 A기독교대안학교 중학생 99명으로 자료 수집은 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 2017년 11월 15일부터 11월 30일까지 실시하였으며, SPSS 18.0 program을 활용하여 기술통계, T-test, ANOVA, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 기독교대안학교 중학생의 학교생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 기도 및 말씀묵상 시간, 성경수업과 독서수업이며, 인성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 기도 및 말씀묵상 시간, 성경수업과 독서수업이었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 교육기관이념 및 실천에 전문성과 사명감을 지닌 교사를 확보하고 학생의 요구를 반영한 성경 및 독서교육프로그램을 지속적으로 개발, 적용함으로써 학교생활만족도와 인성발달을 높일 수 있는 교육과정 운영이 필요하다.
This study is a research study that attempts to provide basic data for the development of the curriculum by identifying the factors that influence the school life satisfaction and character of middle school students in Christian alternative schools. The subjects of this study were 99 middle school students from A Christian Alternative School located in S city, and data collection was conducted from Nov. 15 to 30, 2017 using a structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and Multiple regression using SPSS 18.0 program. As a result, school life satisfaction and personality of the middle school students were revealed to be significantly influenced by the factors of time for prayer and meditation on the Bible, Bible course and reading class, respectively. Based on the results, it is necessary to secure teachers with expertise and sense of mission in the philosophy and practice of educational institutions. In addition, it is necessary to operate a curriculum that can enhance school life satisfaction and personality development by continuously developing and applying Bible and reading education programs that reflect the needs of students.
