随着时代的高速发展, 人们生活水平也日益提高, 但当今大学生的身体素质却逐渐下滑, 参加体育运动的主动性明显不足, 普遍缺乏体育锻炼意识, 心理惰性明显. 本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和和综合分析法等方法, 分析总结大学生体育运动的心理惰性的基本心理表现, 探索大学生心理惰性产生的外部原因及其自身原因, 最终探究出高校应对大学生体育运动心理惰性的有效措施. 主要体现在:要创造良好的校园体育文化氛围, 发挥体育课堂的引领力, 指导学生养成健康的生活行为习惯, 帮助学生端正体育的态度等几个方面, 从而实现不断激发大学生参加体育运动锻炼的积极性, 增强健康健身意识, 不断提高大学生身体素质.


With the rapid development of The Times, the living standard is also increasing day by day. However, nowadays, the physical quality of university students is gradually declining, and the initiative to participate in sports is obviously insufficient, general lack of physical exercise awareness, inert psychology obvious. This paper analyzes the psychological manifestation of the psychological inertia of university students by means of literature data method, questionnaire method, interview method and comprehensive analysis method. To explore the external cause of psychological inertia of college students and its own reasons, Finally, we investigate the effective measures of colleges and universities to deal with the psychological inertia of university students’ sports. It is mainly reflected in the following aspects: creating a good school sports culture, giving full play to the leadership of physical education classes, guiding students to develop healthy living habits, and helping them to improve their attitude to physical education. The students' enthusiasm to participate in sports training will be realized. In order to improve the university students' physical fitness awareness and improve their physical quality continuously.
