본 연구는 지속가능발전을 위한 유아인성을 평가하기 위해 지속가능발전과 인성의 공통된 요소들을 중심으로 지속가능발전지향 유아인성척도를 개발하고 타당화 하는데 목적이 있다. 첫째, 본 연구에서 개발한 지속가능발전지향 유아인성척도는 문헌연구와 기존 검사 도구의 분석을 통해 예비문항이 제작되었고 유아교육 전문가들을 통해 작성된 문항의 내용타당도 검증과 예비조사 실시 후 수정과정을 거쳤으며 본 검사 실시 후 타당도와 신뢰도 검증이 이루어졌다. 이를 통해, 존중, 배려, 책임, 세계시민의식, 공동체 의식 총 5요인 82문항을 갖춘 지속가능발전지향 유아인성척도가 개발되었다. 둘째, 지속가능발전지향 유아인성척도에 대해 구인타당도(탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석), 공인타당도를 실시하여 타당도를 검증하였고 문항내적합치도 Cronbach’s α 계수를 구하여 신뢰도를 검증하여 지속가능발전지향 유아인성을 평가하는데 타당한 도구임을 입증하였다.
The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a sustainable development- oriented infant personality scale based on common factors of sustainable development and personality for evaluation. First, preliminary questions were compiled through literature review and testing tools analysis. Infant education experts conducted content validity verification upon the preliminary questions which were reviewed, modified and then reassessed on validity and reliability. Through this process, 5 factors (respect, consideration, responsibility, global citizenship, and community spirits) and 83 questions for the sustainable development-oriented infant personality scale were established. Second, construct validity analysis on exploratory and verification factors and concurrent validity analysis on sustainable development- oriented infant personality scale were performed. Reliability validation was completed using Cronbach’s α coefficient of fitted magnitude within the questions. Thus this study has verified that the sustainable development-oriented infant personality scale is a valid inspection tool for evaluating sustainable development-oriented infant personality.
