연구목적: 본 연구는 학생들의 역량 함양을 위해 산학협력기반 교과연계형 프로젝트중심 비교과 교육 프로그램을 설계하고 운영하였으며, 그 결과를 분석하여 향후 산학협력기반 교과연계형 프로젝트중심 비교과 교육 프로그램 운영 시 기초 자료를 마련하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 산학협력기반 교과연계형 프로젝트중심 비교과 교육 프로그램의 목적에 맞게 과제, 교육방법, 평가방법 등을 선정하고 총12주차의 계획을 수립하였으며, D대학 화장품공학부 2학년 재학생 중 산학협력기반 교과연계형 프로젝트중심 비교과 교육 프로그램에 자발적으로 신청하고 끝까지 이수한 총 19명의 학생을 연구대상으로 하였다. 시작 전에 사전 역량을 측정하고, 종료 후 사후 역량과 만족도를 조사했으며, 참여 학생 중 희망자에 한하여 5명을 선정하여 심층면담을 진행했다. 연구결과: 산학협력기반 교과연계형 프로젝트중심 비교과 교육 프로그램 참여 후 역량 전체 평균은 참여 전에 비해 유의하게 높아졌으며, 하위 역량별로는 문제해결역량과 인성윤리역량이 유의하게 높아졌고 학문역량은 유의한 차이가 없었다. 만족도 평균은 5점 만점에 4.3점으로 나타났으며, 참여 경험에 대한 심층면담 결과 1)실무현장에서 자신의 전공 관련 업무에 대한 이해를 높일 수 있었음, 2)진로와 관련하여 꿈과 목표가 생김, 3)교과에서 배운 지식을 활용해봄으로써 배움의 이유와 중요성을 알게 됨, 4)팀 프로젝트 과정을 통해 대인관계역량, 의사소통역량, 문제해결역량, 팀워크 향상됨, 5)과제의 양과 결과물 질에 대한 부담감이 컸음 등 5개 주제가 도출되었다. 논의 및 결론: 산학협력기반 교과연계형 프로젝트중심 비교과 교육 프로그램은 학생들의 역량 함양에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤고 학생들의 만족도와 참여 경험을 종합해보았을 때 향후에도 다양한 분야에서 산학협력기반 교과연계형 프로젝트중심 비교과 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 운영하는 것이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구는 산학협력기반 교과연계형 프로젝트중심 비교과 교육 프로그램의 실증적 사례를 제공함으로써 향후 이와 유사한 교육의 개발과 운영에 기초 자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of curriculum linked project based extracurricular education based on industry-university cooperation and to suggest the direction of operation. Method: The assignment, education method, evaluation method were selected according to the purpose of the education and a 12-week learning and teaching plan was developed. The research was conducted on 19 students who applied for the education and completed it to the end. The competencies were measured before and after the education, and satisfaction was measured after the education. In addition, in-depth interview was conducted with five students. Results: The overall average of competencies increased significantly and problem solving competency and personality ethical competency increased significantly. The satisfaction average was 4.3 and as a result of in-depth interview on participation experience, five themes were drawn. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it will be necessary to develop and operate curriculum linked project based extracurricular education based on industry-university cooperation in the future.
