Purpose – The purpose of this study is to find ways to improve the satisfaction degree of wellness tourists attractions, by exploring service quality of their facilities and staff to foreign tourists. Additionally, we aim reinforcing tourists intention towards re-visit and recommendation by enhancing saticsfaction level of wellness tourists attractions in Korea tourism industry. Research Design, data, and methodology –From October 18th to November 30th, 2019 we surveyed wellness tourists over 31 wellness tourist attractions located in every corner of Korea. Data Analysis methods include data coding, data cleaning, reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis and regression analysis, ete. of SPSS v. 22.0 statistical package program. Result – The results showed that three service quality factors of service competition, service distinction, information and physical accessibility had a significant influence on consumer’s satisfaction and re-visit intention along with recommendation intention. Conclusions – The results offer some insights into the effect of satisfaction on wellness tourist attractions service quality factors towards re-visit and recommendation intention. This study provides a new type of conceptual framework that verifies relationships between service quality factors and customer satisfaction, re-visit and recommendation intention.
