본 연구는 사회복지사의 일터영성이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, 일터영성이 정신건강을 통해서, 또 일터영성이 돌봄효능감을 통해서 삶의 질에 매개효과를 가지는 것을 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구를 위해 사회복지사를 대상으로 2018년 4월부터 6월까지 설문조사를 실시하였으며 총 288부를 수집하여 통계 처리하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 사회복지사의 일터영성은 삶의 질에 직접 효과가 있고, 정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회복지사의 일터영성과 삶의 질 관계에서 정신건강이 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회복지사의 일터영성과 삶의 질 관계에서 돌봄효능감이 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 토대로 사회복지사의 삶의 질 향상을 위하여 일터영성을 개인적 차원이 아닌 직무차원으로 접근하여 인적자원관리의 한 부분으로 고려할 것 등을 제시하였다.


The purpose of this study is to verify the impact of workplace spirituality on the quality of life, and to analyse if workplace spirituality has the mediating effect on quality of life through mental health, and through caring efficacy. For the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted on social workers working at social welfare centers. Data collection was conducted from April to June 2018 and a total of 288 copies were collected. Data were statistically processed with SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs. The research results are summarized as follows. First, it has been shown that the workplace spirituality of social workers has a direct effect on the quality of life and the result is statistically significant. Second, mental health has the mediating effect between the workplace spirituality of social workers and the quality of life. Third, to take caring efficacy has the mediating effect between the workplace spirituality and the qualify of life. Based on the analysis results of this study, the following suggestions were made for practical purposes and policy intervention to improve the quality of life of social workers. It was suggested that the social welfare organizations should consider workplace spirituality as part of human resource management by approaching it as a task management level, not as a personal level.
