본 논문에서는 생산운영관리 학습을 위한 각 사례연구 별로 다양한 가상의 동적인 시나리오를 구성하여 ERP시뮬레이션 실험을 시행하고 학습자들이 토론하여 의사결정을 내리는 교육 방식의 효과성을 파악하였다. 본 교육 방식을 위해 6개의 사례연구를 만들고 다양한 시나리오를 구성하여 ERP시뮬레이션 실험을 하는 방식의 혁신 교육을 4년간 수행하였다. 이러한 경험을 바탕으로 공급사슬관리 관련 사례연구에 포함되어야 할 내용과 제품 제조 관련 사례연구에 포함되어야 할 내용에 대한 프레임웤을 만들었다. 이러한 프레임웤에 기초하여 사례연구에 동적인 시나리오를 추가해가며 ERP 시뮬레이션 실험을 하는 교육 방식이 생산운영관리 실무교육의 성과를 향상시키는 대안이 될 수 있음을 파악하였다. 또한 학습자들이 실제 상황과 유사한 환경 하에서 의사결정을 경험할 수 있도록 ERP시뮬레이션 실험을 할 수 있는 사례연구의 가상시나리오에 대한 예를 들고 어떠한 내용들이 가상 시나리오에 포함되는 것이 바람직한지 제시하였다. 그리고 시나리오 별로 ERP 시뮬레이션 실험을 활용하는 구체적인 방법을 제시하였다. 학습자들은 프로세스 최적화 관점에서 문제점을 분석하는 능력과 최적 생산운영관리를 위한 해결역량을 향상시킬 수 있었다. 대학 강의와 기업체 강의를 통해 NCS의 각 능력단위별 성취도로 평가한 프로세스에 대한 이해도와 강의평가를 통한 몰입도와 만족도 향상, 그리고 ERP 전문업체와 ERP 사용업체로의 취업률 향상 등 측면에서 학습자들의 성과를 파악할 수 있었다.
This study suggests we need to use ERP simulation for the virtual dynamic scenarios of specific case studies and the discussion based on the simulation results to improve the performances for the practical education of production and operations management. 6 case studies and various scenarios were made and innovative education have been executed for 4 years using the case studies and virtual scenarios. Based on these education experiences, the framework of case study for supply chain management and the framework of case study for product manufacturing are suggested in this study. ERP simulation for the specific case studies based on these frameworks can provide the learners with prctical knowledges rather than abstract knowledges. Through the education methodology, examples of virtual scenarios are provided and contents of scenarios are suggested in this study. Education methodology of the specific case studies combined with ERP simulation have increased the process operating abilities and problem solving abilities. Through the completion degree of job capability in NCS, the degree of understanding of process were evaluated and proved the effectiveness of the education methodology. Not only education evaluation of learner's involvement and satisfaction but also the raised employment rate for the firms using ERP suggests that educarion methodology by ERP simulation experiments for the virtual scenarios can increase the performances for the practical education of production and operations management.
