본 연구는 조리전공 고등학생을 대상으로 교육환경이 학생들의 만족과 몰입에 미치는 영향을 실증분석 하였다. 연구결과, 교육환경은 만족 및 몰입을 증가시키는 요인으로 나타났다. 특히 교사의 능력과 교과과정이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 교육환경을 개선하고 발전시켜 야 할 것이며, 교사의 능력이 중요하므로 끊임없는 연구와 노력이 필요하다. 또한 외식산업현장에 적합한 인재를 양성하기 위한 교과과정을 조리 현장에 적합하게 구성하여 학생들이 다양한 경험을 할 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다.
The subject of this study was high school students majoring in culinary arts. The effect of the educational environment on student satisfaction and commitment was quantitatively analyzed. The result revealed that the educational environment was a factor that increases Major satisfaction and Major commitment. In particular, teachers’ capacity and curriculum were especially important. Therefore, improvement and development in the educational environment are needed. In particular, since the capacity of teachers is important, continuous research and effort are needed. Moreover, the curriculum should be organized well to foster human resources right for the Food service industry.
