스마트시티 사업이 국가 및 지방자치단체를 중심으로 활발하게 추진되고 있고, 이를 효과적으로 구현할 수 있는 인프라로서 무선 네트워크가 부각 되고 있다. 서비스 확대에 따른 네트워크 비용 증가 문제를 해결하는 것이 시급한 과제이다. 본 연구에서는 무선 IoT 네트워크에 공유경제 모델을 적용하여 지속가능성을 제고 하는 방안을 제시한다. 경제·기술·사회·제도적 관점에서 공유경제 모델의 구현 가능한 방안을 제시하고, 비즈니스 모델 캔버스 관점에서 가치 제안 등 성공적 사업 추진을 위한 주요 요인을 제시한다.
Wireless networks are emerged as the key infrastructure for smart-city which are widely adopted among government agencies and cities. Sustainable business model is required because of increasing investment and maintenance costs. This study proposes sharing economy based wireless networks and considers its feasibility on the perspective of economy, technology, society and regulations. We describe key blocks to design business model based on ‘Business Model Canvas’.
