최신의 첨단 무기체계들이 개발 및 도입되고 있는 상황에서 공군의 시험평가 기능은 그 어느 때보다 중요해졌다. 이 연구에서는 공군 시험평가 전문직업적 정체성을 향상시키기 위하여, 전문직업적 정체성에 기여하는 요인으로 개인별 특성 변인과 직무만족 변인을 상정하고, 공군 시험평가관을 대상으로 구조화된 설문을 수행함으로써, 시험평가 전문직업적 정체성 향상을 위한 실증적 개선방안과 정책적 함의를 제공하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 공군의 시험평가 전문직업적 정체성 향상 방안이 우리 군의 전력증가에 일조하길 기대한다.
Since new high-tech weapon systems are developed and introduced every year in Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF), Test and Evaluation has become a critical function for verifying and validating the weapon systems in terms of operational suitability, operational effectiveness, and battle survival. This study aims to enhance the expertise of test and evaluators in ROKAF. The hypothesis is that individual factors and work satisfaction can affect the expertise of test and evaluators. A structured survey is conducted with military personnel and the analysis provides the practical insight to improve the expertise of test and evaluators in ROKAF.
