역사상 어느 문명권을 막론하고 문명권의 철학의 보여주는 종교가 존재하는데, 그 문명권의 핵심 코드는 그들 경전의 1장 1절에 담겨 있다. 즉 그 문명권을 구성하는 모든 존재의 원인자이자 역사배후의 원인자인 사상의 핵심과 요약이 담겨져 있다. 이는 『몽골비사』도 마찬가지다. 현존 『몽골비사』의 연구에서 가장 미비했던 분야의 하나가 종교 및 철학적 분야이며, 그 이유는 같은 문화권에 속한 돌궐이나 위구르 등의 사료들에 대한 비교연구가 철저히 행해지지 않았기 때문이다. 『몽골비사』제1절의 구조는 ① 북방문화원형, 철학(신학사상) 부분(Chinggis Khagan-nu huja’ur de’ere tenggeri-eche jaya’atu töregsen) ② 청동기시대 및 돌궐족계의 기원설화 부분(Börte-Chino aju’u. gergei inu Kho’ai-Maral aji’ai.), ③ 민족이동 부분(Tenggis ketüljü irebe. Onan müren-nü teri’ün-e Burkhan-Khaldun-a nuntuglaju), ④ 聖山 부분(Onan müren-nü teri’ün-e Burkhan-Khaldun), ⑤ 최초의 국가 부분(töregsen Batachikhan aju’u.(Bata irgen)) 등 모두 5부분으로 이루어져 있다. 본고는 ①의 <de’ere tenggeri-eche jaya’atu töregsen>에 대하여 I. <jayatu에 대한 해석> II. <de’ere tenggeri에 대한 해석> III. <북방민족의 Tenggeri에 대하여> IV. <jayatu의 실천방법과 역사적 영향>으로 나누어 분석해 본 것이다.
Regardless of any civilization in history a religion showing its philosophy of the civilization exists, and the main content is written down on the first line of the first chapter in their scriptures. The same can be viewed in de’ere tenggeri-eche jaya’atu töregsen. One of the less researched areas in the study of the book was on religion and philosophy due to lack of comparative studies of the Göktürks and Uyghur. In de’ere tenggeri-eche jaya’atu töregsen, on I Interpretation on jayatu, it is determined that philosophy in the Secret History of the Mongols would be religious fatalism. On II Interpretation on de’ere tenggeri, the author verifies that de’ere tenggeri should be viewed as a common noun, not a proper noun. On III About “Tenggeri” for Northern Peoples, historical records on heaven worship by Northern peoples, viewpoints on loyalty of heaven, interpretation of Möngke Tenggeri, and philosophical and theological structure of the Secret History of the Mongols are analyzed. On IV Parctice of jayatu and its historical influence, it is manifested that “Yosun (free will)” and “Road of Beki” are individual ways as the practice of the philosophy, and “Jasag” and “Zhushaihuji (諸色戶計)” is its political, legal, and economical revelation as logical true nature of Pax Mongolica.
