본 연구는 병사들을 대상으로 부모 양육태도, 공동체의식, 군 생활적응과 또래애착의 관계를 살펴보고, 부정적 양육태도와 군 생활적응의 관계에서 또래애착의 수준에 따라 공동체의식의 매개효과가 나타나는지 알아보았다. 강원도에 위치한 육군 00부대에서 복무 중인 병사 510명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 얻어진 최종 502명의 자료에 대해 SPSS/WIN 20.0 프로그램으로 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하고, SPSS Macro Process 프로그램을 이용하여 조절된 매개분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 부모의 부정적 양육태도와 군 생활적응의 관계에서 공동체의식의 매개효과가 또래애착의 수준에 따라 유의미하게 달라졌다. 이러한 결과는 부모의 부정적 양육태도로 인해 어려움을 호소하는 병사들의 군 생활적응을 돕기 위해 공동체의식의 수준을 높여줄 필요가 있는데, 공동체의식의 효과는 또래애착 수준이 높을 때 나타날 수 있음을 의미한다. 따라서 이러한 결과는 또래애착 수준을 높여줌으로써 군 생활적응에 도움이 되는 공동체의식의 효과를 높일 수 있음을 시사한다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 결과에 대한 논의와 제한점을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the relation between negative parenting attitude, sense of community, military life adjustment and peer attachment of soldiers, and investigated whether sense of community has mediation effects by moderation effects of peer attachment in the pathway from perceived negative parenting attitude to military adjustment. The study conducted a survey targeting 510 soldier of 00 unit in Gangwon-Do, so carried out correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and moderated mediation analysis with SPSS/WIN 20.0 and SPSS Macro PROCESS statistical program about final 502 soldier’ data. As a result, mediation effects of sense of community on the relationship between negative parenting attitude and military life adjustment was significantly changed according to the level of peer attachment of soldiers. These results suggest that the level of sense of community needs to be raised to help soldiers adapt to military life due to their parents' negative parenting attitudes, and the effect of sense of community can only occur when peer attachment levels are high. Therefore, these results suggest that raising the level of peer attachment can increase the effect of sense of community that is conducive to military life adaptation. Finally, discussion and limitations of the results of this study were presented.
