The study aims to examine the consumer behavior of domestic package tour in the environment where tours are under way. This study tries to reveal the effect relationships between variables through S-O-R model. A total of 332 copies of the survey paper were distributed and collected, 45 of which were excluded for incompletion, and so 297 copies were actually used for empirical analysis. The findings gained from the empirical analysis are as follows: First, Component of domestic package tour influences the Flow and Rapport. Second, flow and rapport influence reciprocity. The study makes suggestions for travel agency management and domestic package tour that show importance of the component of domestic package tour. Experienced flow and rapport in the environment of travel is a one of the solutions to long-term relationships between travel agency and tourist.
