The purpose of this study is to analyze the multi-relations for regulatory focus, presenteeism and turnover intention of hotel employees. Data is collected from regular employees of the deluxe hotel in Seoul Korea. The results of this study are as follows. First, promotion focus has negative impact on presenteeism. Second, prevention focus has positive impact on presenteeism. Third, promotion focus has no impact on turnover intention. Forth, prevention focus has positive impact on turnover intention. Lastly, presenteeism has positive impact on turnover intention. Additionally, presenteeism has a perfect mediating role between promotion focus and turnover intention. Also, presenteeism has a partial mediating role between prevention focus and turnover intention. In conclusion, hotel organizations do their formal and informal systematic efforts to reduce the presenteeism and turnover intention through management of the promotion focus and prevention focus of employees.
