The purpose of this study was to identify the factors of job stress for bakery workers and cooks, to compare and analyze the differences, and to investigate the effect of job stress on turnover intention. A total of 423 questionnaires were used as the final analysis data, and the following conclusions were obtained through statistical tests of T-test and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 21.0 statistical program. First, it was found that there were significant differences between groups in role overload, role conflict, job autonomy, job importance, and career development, which are the job stress factors of bakery workers and cooks. Second, as a result of verifying the effect of job stress of bakery workers and cooks on turnover intention, role overload and role conflict had a positive effect on turnover intention. Career development has a negative effect on turnover intention.
