This study analyzes the impact of NEWSTAY development projects on the relocation sites of southern calibration facilities in Gocheok-dong, Guro-gu, Seoul and presents data on urban value for future development based on the analysis of their impact on the local economy. For the research method, the Location Factor Act and the Weight adjustment method of census workers at the National Statistical Office were used to prepare the local industrial relations table in Guro-gu, Seoul. And after analyzing local input output based on the prepared local industrial relations table, the effects of production inducement, employment inducement, and income inducement effects were analyzed to analyze the ripple effects of the NEWSTAY project on the local economy. As a result, the land rental department NEWSTAY project attempted in Guro was all effective in inducing production, creating added value, and inducing work by its project even though no amount of land was invested. Therefore, the government is expected to strategically spread the NEWSTAY project on the condition that public land is used. It is necessary to explore local NEWSTAY projects in cooperation with local governments and expand the NEWSTAY project nationwide in connection with the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) and the urban housing fund.
