본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 기본심리욕구, 자아존중감, 학과만족도, 가족건강성, 진로태도성숙도의 관계를파악하고, 이들 변인이 진로태도성숙도에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위해서 수행되었다. 자료수집은 3개 대학교에재학중인 간호대학생 218명을 대상으로 2019년 8월-9월까지 진행되었다. 수집된 자료는 t test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, 다중 회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 진로태도성숙도는 3.48점(범위1-5점)이었고, 간호대학생의 진로태도성숙도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자아존중감, 학과만족도, 자율성이었다. 이들세 변인은 간호대학생의 진로태도성숙도를 43.3% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 간호대학생의 진로태도성숙도를 향상시키기 위해서 자아존중감과 자율성을 높이는 한편 학과만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램을 개발 적용하는것이 필요하다.


The purpose of this study was to identify contributing factors on career attitude maturity of nursing students in three colleges by examining relationships between basic psychological needs, self-esteem, department satisfaction, family strengths, and career attitude maturity. The 218 nursing students recruited from three colleges during from August to September, 2019. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program by independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. As a result, the mean score of career attitude maturity was 3.48 points(range 1-5). Based on hierarchical regression analysis, it was found that self-esteem (β=.31), department satisfaction (β=.25) and autonomy among the basic psychological needs (β=.16) explained career attitude maturity of nursing students with 43.3%(F=19.95, p<.001). In conclusion, higher scores on self-esteem, department satisfaction and autonomy among the basic psychological needs would be likely to increase career attitude maturity of nursing students. In conclusion, a program to improve career attitude maturity is needed for nursing students by enhancing self-esteem, department satisfaction and autonomy.
