본 연구에서는 지능형 범죄예방 협업시스템의 성공요인이 무엇인지 분석하고, 이 성공요인들이 지능형 범죄예방 협업시스템 도입효과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 지능형 범죄예방 협업시스템의 성공요인 모델을 설정하여 그 성공요인과 서비스 품질, 서비스 만족도, 도입효과 간의 가설을 설정하고 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 20년 이상 경력의 IT분야 전문가를 대상으로 표본을 선정한 후 설문조사를 실시하였다. 가설 검증 결과 기술적 성공요인과 환경적 성공요인은 서비스 품질과 서비스 만족도에 영향을 미친다. 조직적 성공요인은 서비스 품질에는 영향을 미치지 않지만 서비스 만족도에는 영향을 미친다. 서비스 품질은 서비스 만족도에 영향을 미치고 서비스 품질과 서비스 만족도 모두 도입효과에 영향을 미친다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the success factors of intelligent crime prevention collaboration system and to analyze how these success factors affect the effectiveness of intelligent crime prevention collaboration system. To do this, we set up a success factor model of the intelligent crime prevention collaboration system and set hypotheses about the success factors, service quality, service satisfaction, and introduction effect. In order to verify the empirical results, the survey was conducted after selecting a sample of IT professionals who have more than 20 years experience. As a result of the hypothesis test, technical success factors and environmental success factors affect service quality and service satisfaction. Organizational success factors do not affect service quality but affect service satisfaction. Service quality affects service satisfaction and both service quality and service satisfaction affect the adoption effect.
