본 연구의 목적은 가족환경 스트레스와 학교생활 스트레스의 경로분석을 통해 청소년 우울이 인터넷 게임중독과 SNS 중독경향성에 미치는 영향을 연구 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 스마트폰을 보유한 중고등학생을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였으며 구조방정식모델을 사용하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족환경 스트레스와 학교생활 스트레스는 우울에 영향을 미치며 인터넷 게임중독과 SNS 집착 및 금단에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 가족환경 스트레스와 학교생활 스트레스는 우울을 매개로 하여 SNS 집착 및 금단에 간접적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 학교생활 스트레스는 가족환경 스트레스보다 우울, 인터넷 게임중독, SNS 집착 및 금단에 있어 더 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 연구는 청소년의 스트레스, 우울, 인터넷 중독 간 영향요인에 대해 경로분석을 하였다는 점에서 기존 연구와 차별성을 갖는다.
The purpose of this study is to analysis the pathways of stress to understand the effects of youth depression on Internet game addiction and SNS addiction tendency. An online survey was conducted on middle and high school students who owned smartphone. The results of the analysis using the SEM are as follows. First, both stress affect depression, and it directly affects Internet game addiction and SNS obsession. Second, both stress have indirect effect SNS obsession with depression as a medication. Third, school life stress has a greater effect on depression, Internet game addiction and SNS obsession than family environment stress. The difference of study is path analysis.
