Nietzsche's philosophy of noble morality and slave morality sheds a light on today’s schools where the classes are hardly managed. In the light of Nietzsche's moral theory, it becomes clear that in modern societies schooling is not sustainable if it maintains the existing system. The reason why schools had been able to maintain the daily routine without experiencing problems such as "school collapse" is that it had been under the influence of the traditional moral system, slave moralities. When a slave morality drastically declines, schools cannot be maintained as they are. In order for schools to play its genuine role, they should form a new normative base where students can learn a slave morality, which is also a basis for learning master morality in that slave morality is the prerequisite of master morality.
