신자유주의 시대의 비정규직 확산을 넘어, 플랫폼 자본주의가 급팽창하면서 새로운 플랫폼 노동이 일반화되고 있다. 더 나아가 이 플랫폼 노동의 범위는 크라우드노동, 배달 앱 노동 등 서비스공급자 노동뿐만 아니라 플랫폼 이용자들의 자유노동으로까지 확대되고 있다. 온라인 플랫폼과 인공지능의 진화로 고용된 임금노동 외부의 노동과 활동(자유노동)으로까지 착취의 범위가 확대되고 있는 것이다. 그리하여 사회의 압도적 다수를 이루는 불안정무산자이자 불안정노동자인 프레카리아트는 공유지를 수탈당하고 노동을 착취당하는 계급으로 재편되고 있다. 이 프레카리아트는 기본소득의 형태로 공유지배당을 찾아오는 주체로 다시 재구성될 것이다. 플랫폼 공유지배당은 이러한 기본소득을 확대하고 그 실현가능성을 높이는 플랫폼자본주의의 돌파구가 될 것이다. 플랫폼 자본주의의 수탈과 착취를 극복할 공정한플랫폼 공유지배당은 강남훈이 제시한 섀플리 가치 분배모델을 플랫폼 이용자(자유노동자), 플랫폼 서비스공급자, 플랫폼 고용임금노동자, 플랫폼 자본가 등에 확대적용하여 도출할 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 보다 근본적으로는 대안적 공동소유의 플랫폼을 창출하여 플랫폼 자본가의 몫을 플랫폼 공유지배당으로 전환하는 플랫폼공유주의의 지평을 열 수 있을 것이다.
Beyond the proliferation of irregular workers in the neoliberal era, the expansion of platform capitalism is making new platform labor common. Furthermore, the scope of the platform labor extends not only to service provider labor such as crowd labor and delivery app labor, but also to free labor of platform users. The evolution of online platforms and AI outside of employed wage labor also expands exploitation. Thus the Precariat as precarious propertyless people and workers who constitute the overwhelming majority of society, is being regrouped into a class that is expropriated and exploited. This precariat will be reconstructed as an agent who requests dividend for the profit of commons in the form of basic income. A dividend for the profit of platform commons that expands this basic income and increases its feasibility, will be a breakthrough against platform capitalism. The fair sharing platform that can overcome the exploitation and expropriation of platform capitalism will be able to be derived from expanding the Shapley value distribution model proposed by Nam-Hoon Kang to various platform actors, including users(free workers), service providers, employed wage workers, and capitalists. And more fundamentally, it will be possible to extend the scope of dividend for the profit of platform commons by creating alternative common ownership platforms or platform commons.
