소통은 생각, 지식, 감정을 표현하고 함께 나누며 서로의 마음을 이해하는 것으로 급변하는 정보화시대에 타인과관계를 형성하고 협업하며 살아가기 위해 반드시 필요한 역량이다. 2015 수학과 교육과정에서도 교과역량으로 효율적으로 의사소통하는 교육을 강조하고 있다. 본 연구는 학교 교육에서 ‘소통’이 중심이 되는 활동의 요소가 무엇인지조망하고 이를 프로그램으로 적용할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 소통중심 수학프로그램으로는 활동중심수업, 또래 멘토링, 수학클리닉 프로그램으로 구안 하였으며, 구안한 수학프로그램은 고등학교 2학년 학생을 대상으로적용하고 정의적 영역 등의 변화를 살펴보았다. 적용 결과, 소통중심 수학 프로그램이 학생들의 정의적 영역의 변화에긍정적인 영향을 줄뿐 아니라 의사소통 능력을 함양할 수 있는 프로그램으로 활용될 수 있음을 시사하고 있다.
The Communication is an essential capability for building relationships, collaborating, and living with others in the rapidly changing information age. The 2015 mathematics curriculum also emphasizes effective communication as a core competence. The purpose of this study is to examine what elements of 'activity' are the main elements of school education and to suggest ways to apply them to programs. Communication-based mathematics programs were designed as activity-based classes, peer mentoring, and mathematics clinic programs. The results suggest that communication-based mathematics programs can be used as a program to cultivate communication skills as well as to positively effect the change in the affective domain of students.
