이 연구는 특수교육의 IEP 및 ITP 연계에 기반하여 장애인 개별화평생교육계획(ILEP) 요소를 고찰하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구방법은 문헌 분석과 전문가 회의 간 절차를 병행해 구성되었다. 연구 내용은 특수교육에서 활용하는 IEP 및 ITP 문서의 정보 내용과 연계하여 장애인 개별화평생교육계획 문서에 대한 요소 내용이 제시되었다. 구체적으로, 장애인 개별화평생교육계획 문서 요소 내용에는 특수교육 교과교육과 연계한 평생교육 교과교육 관련 학습 정보요소뿐 아니라 평생교육 교과교육의 학습과정과 협업되어야 할 서비스 관련 정보요소가 함께 포함되었다. 연구 결과, 장애인평생교육이 성인기장애인 전체 생애 동안 장기적 지원체제로 확립되기 위해서는 원론적으로 개별화평생교육계획의 문서가 개발 및 적용되어야 한다는 측면을 분석할 수 있었다.
The purpose of this study is to develop individualized lifelong education plan (ILEP) components for the disabled based on IEP and ITP linkage of special education. The research method was composed of literature analysis and expert meeting procedure. The contents of the study were related to the information contents of IEP and ITP documents used in special education, and the component contents of the individualized lifelong education plan documents for the disabled were presented. Specifically, the contents of the document component on the individualized lifelong education plan for the disabled included not only the learning information elements related to lifelong education curriculum linked to special education curriculum but also the service related information elements to be collaborated with the learning process of lifelong education curriculum. As a result of the study, it was possible to analyze the aspect that the document of the individualized lifelong education plan should be developed and applied in principle in order for the lifelong education for the disabled to be established as a long-term support system for the whole life of the adult with disabilities.
