인터넷의 성장에 따라 온라인 여행사는 많은 비즈니스 모델에서 선호하는 플랫폼이 되었다. 온라인을 통한 예약을 하지 않더라도 온라인 여행 웹 사이트를 방문하여 여행 정보를 공유하는 추세이다. 여행사 모바일 애플리케이션을 통한 여행상품 예약, 구매 시장은 OTA(Online Travel Agency)가 주도하며 관광업계에 새로운 패러다임이 되고있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 호텔 예약 사이트(OTA)의 선택 속성을 가격 품질, 편의성, 정보 품질, 서비스 품질, 보안성, 다양성 6개 요인으로 구분하여 수정된 IPA 분석을 하였다. 기존 IPA에 비해 분석의 유효성을 개선하기 위해 수정된 IPA를 사용하여 호텔 예약 사이트(OTA)를 분석했으며 실제 관점에서 마케팅 전략을 수립하기 위한 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구는 기존에는 진행되지 않았던 수정된 IPA분석을 이용한 호텔 예약 사이트 선택 속성 관련 연구라는 점에서 기존 연구와의 차별점이 있으며, 향후 연구에서 관련 분야의 RIPA를 이용한 분석을 폭 넓게 연구 가능하다는 점에서 학문점 시사점을 제시하였다. 또한, 연구 결과에서 제시하는 호텔 예약 사이트 선택시 중요하게 생각하는 속성을 바탕으로 소비자들의 기대에 부응하는 성취도를 제공함으로써 호텔 예약 사이트의 이용 고객의 충성도를 높여 향후 관련 기업에 마케팅에 실무적으로 시사점을 제시하였다. 하지만 조사 대상의 표본 선정에 있어 호텔 예약 사이트를 이용한 경험이 있는 내국인을 대상으로 하였기 때문에 해외를 기반으로 하고 있는 호텔 예약사이트의 연구 결과의 일반화에 한계점이 있다. 향후 연구에서는 모집단을 확대한다면 일반화가 높은 연구 결과를 제시할 수 있을 것이다.
With the growth of the Internet, online travel agencies have become the preferred platform for many business models, and purchasing online travel products has become the most successful business in electronic commerce. Even if you do not make reservations online, it is a trend to visit online travel websites to share travel information. The travel reservation and purchasing market through travel agency mobile applications is being led by global online travel agencies (OTA) and is becoming a new marketing field. Therefore, in this study, modified IPA analysis was performed by dividing the optional attributes of hotel reservation sites (OTA) into six factors. This study analyzed hotel reservation sites by using the revised IPA to improve the validity of the analysis compared to the traditional IPA, and it can provide suggestions for establishing marketing strategies from a practical viewpoint. In addition, this study suggests implications for analysis using RIPA in related fields. This study is limited to the generalization of the research results of hotel reservation sites based in overseas countries since it was aimed at Koreans who had experience using hotel reservation sites. While this study has sufficient significance in that it is aimed at Koreans, future studies may suggest highly generalized research results if the population is expanded.
