본 연구에서는 조리교육프로그램을 경험한 학습자를 대상으로 조리교육프로그램의 선택속성에 따라 자기효능감과 진로의식에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 조리교육프로그램의 선택속성이 자기효능감에 어떤 역할을 하는지를 고찰하고, 이러한 속성들이 진로의식에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 이에 따른 조리교육프로그램을 경험한 학습자의 자기효능감과 진로의식을 파악하여, 조리교육프로그램에 대한 실증적인 조사를 통하여 자기효능감에 따른 학습자의 교육효과를 분석하고, 이를 통해 조리교육프로그램의 선택속성이 자기효능감과 진로의식에 미치는 연관성이 존재하는지를 모색하여 조리교육프로그램을 경험한 학습자의 진로의식을 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 가설 1의 분석결과는 조리교육프로그램의 선택속성 요인 중 ‘유형성’, ‘확신성’, ‘공감성’이 ‘자기효능감’에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 ‘신뢰성’은 ‘자기효능감’에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 가설 2의 분석결과는 조리교육프로그램의 선택속성 요인 중 ‘확신성’과 ‘공감성’이 ‘진로의식’에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤지만 ‘신뢰성’과 ‘유형성’은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 가설 3의 분석결과는 ‘자기효능감’은 ‘진로의식’에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 가설의 검증결과를 종합하여 볼 때, 조리교육프로그램을 경험한 학습자의 자기효능감이 진로의식에 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해 자기효능감과 진로의식의 상승은 조리교육프로그램을 향상시키게 되고, 이는 조리교육프로그램을 운영하는 기관들의 효과적인 운영에 긍정적인 영향을 미치게 될 것이다. 따라서 조리교육프로그램의 선택속성에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 조리교육프로그램의 교육대상과 기관 등에 따라 조사대상을 상세히 세분화하여 교육프로그램 등의 구성요소와 진로의식의 정도를 파악할 필요가 있으며, 이를 통해 학습자를 위한 다양한 프로그램을 구성하여 학습자의 학습효과를 극대화하는데 초점을 맞추어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the cooking education program selection attribute on the learners who have experienced the cooking education program. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the choice attribute of cooking education program on self-efficacy and career consciousness through empirical research, and to grasp the learner's self-efficacy and career consciousness. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the analysis results for Hypothesis 1 showed that tangibility, conviction, and empathy had a positive effect on self-efficacy, but reliability did not. Second, the analysis results for Hypothesis 2 showed that confidence and empathy had a positive effect on career consciousness, but reliability and typology did not have the same effect. Third, the analysis results for Hypothesis 3 showed that self-efficacy had a positive effect on career consciousness. The results of the hypothesis test show that learner's self-efficacy is an important factor in career consciousness. This will increase self-efficacy and career consciousness, which will improve cooking education programs, which will have a positive impact on the effective operation of the operating institutions. Therefore, we should focus on maximizing the learning effect of learners by recognizing the importance of the selection attribute of cooking education program and constructing various programs for learners.
