본 연구는 지능정보화 사회 속에서 급변하는 학교 교육변화에 대응할 수 있도록 유아 교사의 ICT 수업매체 역량을 강화시키기 위한 교육과정 구성과 개인 맞춤형 교육 프로그램에 대한 개발 방향성을 제안하는 목적을 가지고 있다. 이를 위해 ICT 수업매체 역량지표에 기반을 두어 유아교사의 역량을 진단하고 개별 역량수준에 따른 교육과정 구성안을 마련하여 ICT 수업매체 역량 양성 및 강화를 위한 교육 프로그램 설계 방안을 제시하였다. ICT 수업매체 교사역량 진단은 225명의 유아교사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 수집된 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석결과를 기반으로 ICT 수업매체 역량 수준에 따라 ICT 소양교육, ICT 활용교육 분류별 기본과정과 심화과정으로 구성된 ICT 수업매체 중심 교육과정 구성안을 제시하였다. 또한 유아교사의 역량지표에 기반하여 개인의 역량진단, 역량진단 결과 피드백 제시, 교육과정 및 교육내용 추천, 학습이력관리의 단계로 구성된 개인 맞춤형 교육 프로그램 설계안을 제안하였다. 유아교사의 ICT 수업매체 역량 강화를 위한 교육 프로그램 개발과 실행은 유아교사의 전문성 개발을 확대하고 유아교육의 질적 제고에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것으로 기대할 수 있다.
The purpose of this study is to propose curriculum composition and personalized education program development direction to enhance ICT instructional media competency of early childhood teachers to cope with the rapidly changing school education changes in the intelligent information society. To this end, based on the ICT instructional media competency diagnosis index, the early childhood teacher's competency was diagnosed, and the curriculum and contents composition plan were prepared according to the teacher's competency level. ICT instructional media competency diagnosis was conducted for 225 early childhood teachers. Based on the analysis results, the curriculum framework for strengthening ICT instructional media competency was divided into two levels by ICT literacy and utilization education. In addition, based on ICT instructional media competency index, we proposed a personalized educational program design that consisted of individual competency diagnosis, feedback on results of competency diagnosis results, recommendation of curriculum and contents, and learning history management. The development and implementation of educational programs to strengthen the ICT instructional media competency of early childhood teacher can be expected to have a positive impact on the professional development of early childhood teachers and the improvement of the quality of early childhood education.
