본고는 한류 콘텐츠의 특성을 활용하여 한국어 문법 교육에 적용함으로써 한국어교육 학습자들의 문법 학습 동기를 강화하는 데 도움이 될 수 있는 교육 내용을 사례 제시의 형식으로 보이고자 하였다. 매체 자료를 활용한 한국어교육 관련 선행연구들에서는 영화나 드라마의 내용을 통하여 한국 문화를 교육하거나 이에 더해 듣기, 말하기 교육까지 확대하는 방식의 통합적 기능 교육을 추구하였다. 그런 까닭에 한국어 문법 교육에 매체를 활용한 교육 방안이나 사례를 제시한 논의는 거의 찾아보기 어려웠다. 본고에서는 한국어 문법 교육에 활용할 만한 콘텐츠를 수집한 후 이를 가공하여 수업의 도입부에 적용하는 것을 전제로 관련 자료를 검토하였다. 한류 콘텐츠 등의 매체를 한국어 문법 교육에 적용하기 위해서는 문화 교육이나 기능 교육과 달리 문법 현상과 관련된 콘텐츠를 수집하고 이를 교육 과정에 맞게 적절히 가공해야 한다. 본고는 가공된 자료를 발음 교육, 단어 및 문장 교육, 의미 및 담화 교육의 영역별로 나누어 어떤 내용의 콘텐츠를 활용하는 것이 효과적인지 사례 중심으로 보이고자 하였다. K팝 장르의 가사나 드라마 대사, 관련된 각종 동영상 자료 등에서 내용적으로 문법 교육과 직간접적으로 연관되는 것들을 선별하였는데, 실제 사용 중심이면서 한국어 자료로서도 가치 있는 내용이 될 것이다. 한류 콘텐츠 매체 자료의 활용은 학습자들의 흥미를 유발함으로써 학습자들의 학습 의욕을 향상시키고 학습 기간과 수준을 지속시키는 데 도움이 된다. 즉, 문법 내용에 대한 이해는 학습자들의 한국어 사용 능력을 신장시키고 고급 단계로 나아갈 수 있도록 할 뿐만 아니라 논리적 사고력과 창의력을 향상시키는 데에도 기여할 수 있다.

The purpose of this paper is to show the educational contents that can help Korean language learners' motives for grammar learning by applying the characteristics of Korean Wave contents to Korean grammar education. In addition, this paper intends to suggest an teaching contents that can help to strengthen the motivation of grammar learning among Korean language learners as foreign language. The previous studies mostly aimed to educate Korean culture based on the contents of songs, films or dramas, and had limitations in pursuing integrated cultural and functional education including listening and speaking. This could not lead to interest in grammar education and could not need to teach grammar. In this paper, we collected and processed contents that could be useful for teaching and learning Korean grammar for applying to the beginning of the lesson. In order to apply media such as Korean Wave contents to Korean grammar education, it is necessary to collect relevant contents suitable for the educational process, unlike cultural education or functional education. This study aims to show that the processed data can be applied to the areas of pronunciation education, word and sentence education, meaning and discourse education. The use of Korean Wave contents media materials will help learners to increase their motivation to learn and to maintain the duration and level of learning Korean. Understanding grammar content not only enhances students' ability to use Korean and advances to higher level learning, but also contributes to improving logical thinking and creativity of learners.
