Recently, forest tourism, which is increasing in demand, is expanding not only by recreation but also by various experience activities such as events. The purpose of this study was to explore the importance and performance of detailed tourism attractiveness elements of forest cultural events that can induce tourists' visit value and satisfaction. As a research method, the traditional IPA and the revised IPA analysis were carried out together, and the strategic priorities were derived and the implications were suggested by comparing the analysis results. The questionnaire of this study was distributed to visitors of forest culture events and 151 copies were used for the analysis except for the outliers. As a result of the IPA analysis, the traditional IPA and the revised IPA method showed different classification results. In particular, most of the tourist attractiveness elements are concentrated in the first and third quadrants in the traditional IPA, these problems were improved using revised IPA. In order to present more reasonable research results, it is considered that additional research approaches are needed to upgrade and complement the IPA technique
