This research addresses the case of study on CNCITY Energy Co., which took the certificate of 2017 Consumer Centered Management. As more companies pursue management innovation in recent years, more emphasis is placed on talent management and efficient process improvement than on management innovations In that sense, the CCM system sets out the standards and directions for companies to improve and check consumer-related processes. The consumer-centered management system can lead to satisfaction and repurchase of the company by reviewing and certifying whether the company is continuously improving its management activities from the consumer's point of view and building confidence in the company's products and receiving the right information. From the standpoint of the company, the output produced through consumer-centered management is selected by the consumer, thus securing the driving force for corporate growth and sustainable management through enhancing competitiveness. In this study, we reviewed the results and improvements of consumer-centered management, focusing on the case of CNCITY energy that introduced and practiced the consumer-oriented management system.
