본 연구는 무예의 사회현상에 대하여 신문의 뉴스보도가 어떻게 이루어지고 있는가를 살펴보기 위하여 한국언론진흥재단의 빅카인즈 시스템을 활용하여 1991년부터 2018년까지의 무예의 트렌드 변화를 신문기사 빅데이터를 신문사별, 연도별, 분야별로 분석하였고 경향을 비교, 분석하였다. 특히 언론의 뉴스보도는 현실 그 자체라기보다 언론이 재구성하는 현실이라는 전제하에 일반 공중은 물론 사회적인 인식의 형성에도 영향을 미칠 수 있는 빅데이터 관련 기사의 언어적 상징 및 의미구조를 찾고자 하였다. 총 28년간의 키워드 ‘무예’와 관련된 기사는 3,689건이며, 연간 건수가 지속적으로 증가하여 현대사회에서 무예는 언론에서도 점차 관심이 증가하여 이슈화 되고 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 먼저 신문사 별 기사의 수를 살펴보면 세계일보, 경향신문, 한겨레, 한국일보, 서울신문, 문화일보, 국민일보, 내일신문, 동아일보, 중앙일보, 조선일보의 순으로 나타났으며, 분야별 기사의 수는 문화가 2,475건으로 가장 높았으며, 지역, 스포츠, 국제, 미분류, 사회, 정치, IT_과학, 경제의 순으로 나타났다. 다음으로 ‘무예’와 관련하여 주요단어 의미연결망을 살펴본 결과 기사 중 상위권에 나타난 연관어는 중국, 일본, 유네스코, 이덕무, 서울로 검색되었다.
The purpose of this study is to examine how news coverage of martial arts is being done by using the Big Kines system of the Korea Press Foundation. This study examines the trend of martial arts from 1991 to 2018, Year, year, and sector, and analyzed trends. Especially, it tried to find the linguistic symbol and semantic structure of big data related articles that could affect the general public as well as the formation of social awareness, assuming that the media news reporter is a reality that the media is rebuilding rather than reality itself. There are 3,689 articles related to the keyword 'Martial Arts' for 28 years, and the number of cases per year has been steadily increasing. First, in terms of the number of articles by newspapers, the following appeared in the order of world news, Kyoung hyang newspaper, Hankyoreh, hanbyeol, Seoul newspaper, culture newspaper, Kookmin journal, tomorrow newspaper, Donga Ilbo, Joongang Ilbo, Culture was the highest with 2,475 cases, followed by region, sports, international, undifferentiated, social, political, IT_science, and economic. Next, we looked at the main word meaning network related to 'Martial Arts', and the related words appeared in the top of the articles were searched in China, Japan, UNESCO, Lee, Deok-moo, Seoul.
