연구목적: 이 연구는 발달장애인용 직업흥미검사(VISIT)를 개발하기 위하여 직군별 문항 분포 경향성, 공인타당도, 재검사신뢰도 등의 측정학적 적합성을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 연구도구는 7개 직군, 21개 직종에 대하여 그림 이해도 문항 5개, 연습 문항 3개, 일관성 문항 5개, 본 문항 105개 등 118개 문항으로 구성되었다. 문항 분포 경향성 분석을 위한 연구대상은 중학교, 고등학교, 전공과 발달장애인 1,179명이었으며, 공인타당도를 산출하기 위해 발달장애인 64명을 대상으로 본 연구의 도구와 지적장애인용 그림직업흥미검사(PVIT)와의 상관분석을 실시하였다. 재검사신뢰도는 본조사 실시 2주 후에 발달장애인 43명을 대상으로 재검사를 실시한 자료를 포함하여 분석하였다. 연구결과: 직군별 평균, 표준편차, 왜도, 첨도 등을 분석한 결과 발달장애인용 직업흥미검사의 문항 분포는 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 공인타당도는 발달장애인용 직업흥미검사의 제조, 청소, 음식, 농수산업의 4개 직군과 지적장애인용 그림직업흥미검사의 제조, 청소, 세탁, 음식, 임농의 5개 직업영역과 통계적으로 유의한 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 재검사신뢰도는 발달장애인용 직업흥미검사 7개 직군에서 모두 일관성이 있음이 확인되었다. 시사점: 발달장애인용 직업흥미검사는 측정학적으로 양호하며, 향후 이 도구가 발달장애인들의 직업흥미 파악, 진로 및 직업교육 계획, 진로 탐색과 설계, 직종 선택 등을 위해 다양하게 활용될 수 있는 기반을 마련하였다.
Purpose: The purpose of the study was to examine psychometric adequacy such as item distribution tendency, criteria validity, and test-retest reliability in order to develop the vocational interest test tool for people with developmental disabilities. Method: The research tool consisted of 118 items in 7 occupational groups and 21 occupations including 5 picture comprehension questions, 3 practice questions, 5 consistency questions, and 105 main questions. For the analysis of item distribution trend, 1,179 students with developmental disabilities from middle school, high school, post high school courses were surveyed. The criteria validity was analyzed using PVIT for 64 students with developmental disabilities. The test-retest reliability was performed on 43 subjects with developmental disabilities, two weeks after the main survey. Results: As a result of analyzing the average, standard deviation, skewness, and kurtosis by occupational groups, the item distribution tendency of the vocational interest test for the developmental disabled was sound. The criterion validity was found to be statistically significantly related to the four occupational groups in the manufacturing, cleaning, food and agriculture industries, and the five occupational areas in the PVIT manufacturing, cleaning, laundry, food and agribusiness. Test-retest reliability was found to be consistent in all 7 occupational groups. Implications: The vocational interest test for developmental disabilities was adequate psychometrically. In the future, it is expected that this tool can be used in various ways to identify career interests, to plan career and vocational education, to explore and design career, and to select job for people with developmental disabilities.
