본 연구의 목적은 학교현장실습에서 실습지도교사와 실습생의 관계에 대한 인식을 은유를 통해 분석하는 것이다. 연구대상은 D시 유아교육과 4학년 44명이다. 연구방법은 ‘교육실습 지도교사와 실습생의 관계는 _________다. 왜냐하면__________다’ 의 질문지를 사용하였고 ‘왜냐하면’의 설명에 따라 내용분석을 실시하여 여섯 가지 범주, 가르치는 자와 배우는 자, 안내자와 안내를 받는 자, 도움을 주고 도움을 받는 자, 나도 모르게 따라하고 닮아가는 자, 경력자와 초보자, 서로 공생하는 자와의 관계로 범주화되었고 실습 전후 나도 모르게 따라하고 닮아가는 자, 서로 공생하는 자의 이미지는 변화가 없었고 나머지 4개 범주는 이미지가 확장 되었다. 실습지도교사와 실습생의 바람직한 관계형성을 위해 교사양성교육기관과 유아교육기관의 전문적인 협력이 필요하다.


The purpose of this study is to identify how children understand interconnectedness of ecosystem when implementing the 'living things in the park' project. Participants were 20 children of age 5 attending S child care center, the classroom teacher, and the director of the institution who supported the whole project. The project lasted for five weeks from March 26, 2018 to April 27, 2018. Various types of research data were gathered including teacher's reflective journals and observation journals, which were conducted during the project. The data were analyzed based on the spiral analytic approach as one of qualitative analysis methods. Five phases of their interconnectedness understandings about ecosystem were found. They were a phase of showing interests only to the living creatures, a phase of vaguely recognizing the connectedness of two natural objects, a phase of realistically recognizing the connectedness of two natural objects, a phase of recognizing the interconnectedness of two natural objects and the impacts that human beings have on the ecosystem, and a phase of recognizing the need of change and strive for a healthy ecosystem. Implications were suggested in terms of the importance of utilizing the community parks for young children and their development of step-by-step understandings of the ecosystem community members’ interconnectedness.
