본 연구는 개인의 커리어 의사결정과 주도적인 커리어 태도를 촉진하는데 도움이 되는 커리어코칭 교육프로그램 개발의 학문적 근거를 탐색하고 커리어코칭 교육프로그램을 창출하는데 목적을 두었다. 문헌고찰을 통해 구성주의 진로이론의 핵심이 되는 진로적응성과 계획된 우연기술, 프로티언 커리어 태도의 실천･연구동향을 파악하고 커리어코칭의 적용점을 탐색하였다. 연구결과 커리어코칭 교육프로그램에 필요한 커리어코칭 구성요소들을 도출하였고 총 15회기로 구성된 교육프로그램모형을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 이 모형이 앞으로 더욱 발전되어 보편화된 커리어코칭 교육프로그램의 시스템을 구축하는 기반이 될 수 있도록 보완할 점을 제언하였다.
The purpose of this study was to explore the academic basis of the development of career coaching education program and to create a career coaching education program to help individual career decision making and leading career attitude. Through literature review, I examined career adaptation, planned happenstance skill, protean career attitude, and research trend of career coaching which are the core of constructivist career theory. As a result of this study, the career coaching components needed for the career coaching education program were derived and the education program model consisting of 15 sessions was presented. Finally, it was suggested that this model be further developed to be the basis for building a system of generalized career coaching education program.
