본고의 주장은 영원한 예술이란 없고 시간적으로 존재할 뿐이라는 것이다. 왜냐하면 예술은 시간적 존재 진리가 작품 속에서 생기하는 것이기 때문이다. 시간적 존재진리란: 존재가 눈앞에 고정 불변하는 것이 아니라 일어나고 변한 다는 것을 말한다. 그런데 이미 있던 존재가 변하는 것이 아니다. 존재는 변함 으로써만 있을 수 있다. 그렇게 생기가 존재에 선행한다. 존재는 생기에 의해서 현성한다. 이런 존재의 현성하는 방식이 시간이다. 이 시간은 비본래적 존재에 서 본래적 존재로 넘어감을 의미한다. 비본래적 존재는 현재의 지평에서 존재 자들의 사태관계를 말한다. 이런 비본래적 사태관계는 존재자 전체를 완전히 드러내 보여주지 못한다. 이에 반해서 본래적 존재는 특정 존재자의 자기지속 성, 과거와 미래 사이의 지평에서 존재자 전체를 환히 밝힌다. 그런데 이런 환 한 밝힘만이 존재의 진리가 아니다. 존재자의 비은폐로서 진리는 거부와 위장 의 이중적 은닉을 내포한다. 진리는 비본래적 존재와 본래적 존재 사이의 넘어 감을 가리킨다. 특히 이러한 넘어감은 한 점에서 다른 점으로의 직선적 이동 같은 것이 아니다. 그것은 현존재의 태도의 변화며, 죽을 자들의 사방에 대한 관계의 변화고, 작품존재를 위한 창작자와 보존자의 참여함이다. 따라서 예술작 품은 다름 아닌 예술생기의 형상화 자체다.
The argument of this paper is that there is no eternal art and only exists in time, for the art is that the temporal Being occurs in the work of art. The Truth of the temporal Being is: Being is said to be happening and changing rather than being fixed in front of you. However, it doesn't mean that what already exists changes. Being can only exist by changing. So that, happening (Ereignis) precedes existence. Being is actualized by the happening (Ereignis). The way this being is realized is time. This time means the transition from inauthentic to authentic Being. Inauthentic Being refers to the relationships of the beings in the present horizon. This inauthentic relationship doesn't fully reveal the whole entity. On the other hand, the authentic Being reveals the self-sustainability of the particular beings, the whole Being in the horizon between the past and the future. However, only this bright light isn't the truth of Being. As non-concealment of the beings, truth implies a double concealment of rejection and camouflage. Truth refers to the changeover between inauthentic and authentic Being. In particular, this is not a linear shift from one point to another. It is a change in the attitude of Dasein, a change in the relationship of the dead to Geviert, and the participation of creators and conservators for the existence of works. Therefore, art works are the embodiment itself of artistic happening (Ereignis).
