This article, focusing on Hume's 'transcendental attitude' of the 'principles of association', will reveal that the principle of this association is not a simple denial of the subject's ideology as a priori and egoistic individual, the selfish individual of modern bourgeois. Rather, and that it implies transcendental and critical meanings that transcend and criticize this ideology. Namely, it will reveal that Hume's 'principle of association' has the same meaning as Kant's 'thing itself', which can be considered as a new place of subject formation, so that it implies, not the meaning of metaphysical and egoistic subject as an 'individualized individual', the meaning of the practical subject as a 'social individual'. Thus, it will reveal that the 'principle of association' as the principle of forming a social individual is to become the ideal basis of democracy that can solve the problems of political economy of modern capitalist society.
