본 연구는 북한이탈 청소년의 외상후스트레스장애(Post-Stress Traumatic Disorder: PTSD) 맞춤형 다학제간 근거기반 상담 적용 모델 제안 및 추후 활용방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 첫째, 전쟁 및 국가분쟁으로 인한 생명의 위협, 탈출, 고문 및 난민 생활로 인한 지속적이고 반복적인 폭력 관련 외상 사건을 경험한 생존자 대상 PTSD 치료에 효과적인 근거기반 상담개입으로 검증된 내러티브 노출치료(Narrative Exposure Therapy: NET)를 중심으로 북한이탈 청소년 PTSD 맞춤형 근거기반 상담 모델을 제안하였다. 둘째, 추후 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 북한이탈 청소년 PTSD 맞춤형 근거기반 상담 모델 적용을 위해 북한이탈 청소년 전문가로 구성된 다학제간 협력 체계 구축 방안을 모색하고, 더 나아가 북한이탈 청소년 PTSD 맞춤형 상담전문가 양성 및 활용방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 PTSD 치료전문가, 청소년상담전문가, 정신건강의학전문가 및 교육전문가의 다학제간 협력적 연계 시스템 구축 및 전문가 양성과 재교육 과정을 구체적으로 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 북한이탈 청소년 PTSD 맞춤형 근거기반 상담 적용 및 효율적인 정책 마련을 위한 의미 있는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
The purpose of this study was to suggest customized interdisciplinary evidence based counseling for North Korean refugee youth with PTSD. The results of this study are as follows: First, the customized evidence based counseling model for North Korean refugee youth with PTSD based on Narrative Exposure Therapy(NET) was proposed. NET has been known as the evidence-based PTSD intervention for survivors experienced continuous and repetitive violent traumatic events due to life threat, escape, torture and refugee life due to war and national disputes. Second, multi-disciplinary cooperation system consisting of experts from North Korean refugee youth was proposed to apply the PTSD customized evidence-based counseling model based on NET for North Korean youth refugee. This study specifically examined the establishment, application, training and re-education process of multidisciplinary cooperation among PTSD therapists, North Korean youth refugee counseling specialists, psychiatrists and educational specialists for North Korean youth refugee. This study can be used as a meaningful basic data for applying the customized interdisciplinary evidence based counseling for North Korean refugee youth with PTSD and establishing the effective policy for North Korean refugee youth.
