기술이전의 중요성 증대에 따라서 기술이전 성공요인 분석을 위한 다양한 연구가 이루어지고있다. 기존 연구에서는 기술이전 성과를 종속변수로 기술이전의 성공요인을 독립변수로 도출하고 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 또는 기술이전 성과를 독립변수와 종속변수를 도출하고, 이를 토대로 DEA를 이용하여 효율성을 분석하였다. 그러나 우리나라의 기술이전율은 매우 저조하다. 이를 극복하기 위해서는 기술이전을 가로막는 장벽을 진단해야 한다. 기술이전 장벽과 관련된 기존 연구는 특정 산업 또는 특정 환경에서의 장애요인에 초점을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기술이전을 방해하는 기술이전 장벽을 정의하고, 이를 진단하기 위한 방법론을 제시한다. 제시된 방법론의 단계에 따라서 기술이전 장벽을 진단하기 위한 관점, 장벽, 그리고 평가지표를 제시한다. 도출된 장벽과 평가지표를 기술이전 이전 단계에 진단에 사용함으로써, 기술이전 시에 발생되는문제를 사전에 감소시킬 수 있다. 또한, 기술이전 단계에서도 상호 합의를 위한 사전 대비 자료로 본 연구에서 제시한 평가지표가 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
As the importance of technology transfer has been increased various research has beenconducted to analyze the success factors of technology transfer. In the previous research, theregression analysis was conducted based on the performance of technology transfer derived asdependent variables and success factor as the independent variables. However, the rate oftechnology transfer in Korea is very low. To overcome this, it is necessary to diagnose the barriersof technology transfer. Most re that have identified obstacles in a specific industry or specificenvironment. Research related with the barriers of technology transfer have been focused on barriersin specific industries or specific environments. In this study, we extract the barriers of technologytransfer that impede technology transfer and propose the method to diagnose the barriers. Accordingto the suggested method, the perspective, barriers, and performance measures for diagnosing thebarriers of technology transfer are extracted. By using the resulting barriers and performancemeasures, it is able to reduce problems previously encountered in technology transfer. Furthermore, itis expected that the performance measures presented in this study can be used as preliminary datafor mutual agreement in the technology transfer.
