Job stress is closely related to turnover in MICE, a human resource intensive industry. The purpose of this study is to clarify that organizational commitment can affect job stress and turnover intention differently from the existing perspective. Therefore, it aims to draw attention to organizational commitment. Hypotheses were set based on the review of previous literature, and surveys and online surveys were conducted for MICE industry workers nationwide. A total of 330 questionnaires were distributed from March 2 to April 6, 2019, of which 234 were used for analysis. As a result of analysis, persistent commitment and normative commitment increased job stress. In addition, normative commitment increased the turnover intention. And job stress had positive influence on turnover intention. The results of this study are as follows. First, there is a significant difference in the relationship between job stress and organizational commitment. In future studies, various research results can be obtained by examining the influence of organizational commitment on various types of job stress
