글로벌 무역이 활성화되며 전자결제 역시 급격히 변화하고 있다. e-마켓플레이스 등과 같은 새로운 무역업무의 방식과 관습이 등장하고 있으며, 이는 무역거래 전반의 프로세스를 통합하여 실행함으로써 국제간구매효율성을 높이고, 시간과 비을 단축하여 전자무역 업무의 효율성을 높이는 특성을 가지고 있다. 이러한변화는 해외시장조사, 계약, 신용조사, 거래알선, 무역결제, 보험, 물류운송 등을 포괄적으로 아우르고 있으며, 전자무역을 효과적으로 실행하기 위해서는 국제결제 변화요인에 따른 무역 업무를 고찰할 필요성이 있다. 신용장 거래 형태가 전자적인 형태로 발전하면서, 수출업체들이 신용장을 수취하거나 매입하기 위해 금융기관을 직접 방문하지 않고, 전자적 방식으로 신용장 거래 관련 업무를 처리하는 인프라가 구축되고 있다. 본 연구는 전자결제 시스템을 이용하는 수출입업체의 다섯가지 기대효과 요인인 거래안전성 확보, 유리한자금조달, 운용자금 효율성 증대, 전자거래 효율성 증대, 금융수수료 절감 요인을 추출하여 전자결제 활용성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대한 연구를 하였다. 연구결과를 보면 다음과 같다. 전자결제의 결정요인의 선행변수인 거래안전성 확보, 유리한 자금조달, 운영자금 효율성 증대, 전자거래 효율성 증대, 금융수수료 절감 요인을 독립변수로 하여 전자결제 활용성과에미치는 실증분석 결과, 전자결제 활용성에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 다시 말하면 전자무역을활용하는 기업들은 전자무역 결제에 긍정적 영향을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이제 국제무역결제업무도 은행에서는 전자적 거래 형태를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 국제적 동일한 결제시스템만 갖추어진다면, 무역계약에서부터, 서류제시, 검토 그리고 매입과 상환에 이르는 과정에 전자결제의 활발한 이용이이루어질 것으로 기대된다.

Trade plays a very important role in order and payment, and it provides the driving force of international trade because it guarantees credibility. In the meantime, as an electronic form of L/C transaction has been developed, an infrastructure is being built to deal with L/C transactions electronically, without exporters visiting the financial institution to receive or purchase the L/C. This study investigates the effect of electronic settlement on the performance of electronic settlement by extracting the five expected effect factors of the electronic settlement system which are transaction security, advantageous financing, efficiency of funding efficiency, efficiency of electronic transaction, The study was conducted to find. The results of the study are as follows. As a result of empirical analysis on the effect of electronic settlement on the use of electronic settlement as an independent variable, it was found that, in order to secure transaction security, The effect of justice was shown. In other words, companies using e-trade have a positive effect on e-trade settlement. Therefore, the international trade settlement business now seems to prefer electronic transaction type. In other words, if the same international settlement system is provided, it is expected that electronic settlement will be actively used in the process from trade contracts to document presentation, review and purchase and repayment.
