본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 우울과 대학생활적응은 SNS정서표현신념과 관계가 있는지에 대해 알아보는 것이었다. 이를 위해 대학생 515명을 대상으로 우울, 대학생활적응, SNS정서표현신념 척도 질문지를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, Pearson 적률상관계수, 일원변량분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우울과 SNS정서표현신념은 정적상관이 있고, 대학생활적응과 SNS정서표현신념은 부적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 우울정도에 따라 SNS정서표현신념은 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 대학생활적응 정도에 따라 SNS정서표현신념은 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이러한 연구결과에 대해 논의하고 시사점을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among depression, college life adaptation, and SNS belief in emotional expression of college students. For this purpose, a questionnaire was administered to 515 college students to measure depression, college life adaptation, and SNS belief in emotional expression. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient, and one-way ANOVA using SPSS 21.0 program. The main research results are as follows. First, depression and SNS belief in emotional expression were positively correlated, and college life adaptation and SNS belief in emotional expression were negatively correlated. Second, SNS belief in emotional expression showed statistically significant difference according to degree of depression. Third, according to the degree of college life adaptation, SNS belief about emotional expression showed statistically significant difference. The results of this study were discussed and implications were suggested.
